The Department of English at Malla Reddy University, Hyderabad, is dedicated to delivering an exceptional educational experience through its highly experienced and committed faculty. Our educators stay ahead of the latest advancements in language pedagogy, literature, and ICT tools by actively participating in national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, ensuring that students benefit from cutting-edge teaching practices.

We offer a diverse range of courses that promote the overall development of students, with a strong emphasis on communication skills, English language proficiency, and professional and academic abilities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, we have incorporated the prestigious Cambridge B2 Intermediate and C1 Advanced courses, providing students with internationally recognized certifications that enhance their linguistic competence and global career readiness.

Our learner-centered approach is enhanced by Wi-Fi-enabled smart classrooms, fostering an interactive and engaging environment. The department has also established a state-of-the-art Computer Assisted Language Laboratory (CALL) equipped with Cambridge LMS software, as well as two Interactive Communication Skills (ICS) laboratories and smart classrooms.
